These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Halal Express website and all services provided by us. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Definitions
- Halal Express — the company managing orders and deliveries
- Partner stores — the meat and fish hubs that prepare orders
- Customer — anyone placing an order through the site
- Products — the meat and fish items available for order
Ordering and delivery
Orders can be placed at any time online, subject to product availability. Deliveries are made twice daily: orders placed before 11:00 AM are delivered between 11:00 AM–1:00 PM, orders placed before 4:00 PM are delivered between 4:00 PM–6:00 PM, and later orders are fulfilled the next day. Delivery times may shift due to unforeseen circumstances.
Returns and refunds
Per New York State law, food products cannot be returned except when an item is incorrect, mismatched, or fails to meet quality standards. Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery, return any problematic item to the driver, and contact support promptly to process a refund after verification.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and protecting your account's security. Halal Express is responsible for advertising available products, managing customer orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
Limitation of liability
Halal Express disclaims any liability for damages arising from the use of this site, except as required by law. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by New York State law, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York.
