In compliance with New York State law, Halal Express cannot accept returns on food products once delivery is complete.
However, if your order arrives with an incorrect weight, the wrong item, or fails to meet our quality standards, please notify the delivery driver immediately, before they leave. We encourage every customer to inspect their order at the door.
If an issue is found, you may return the affected item directly to the driver. To complete the resolution, please contact our customer support team promptly — a phone call is required to process the refund. We aim to resolve every issue quickly and fairly.
