Is everything on Halal Express certified halal?
Yes. We partner exclusively with slaughterhouses and wholesale stores registered with the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets, so every product meets halal sourcing standards.
When will my order arrive?
We deliver twice daily. Orders placed before 11:00 AM arrive between 11:00 AM–1:00 PM, orders placed before 4:00 PM arrive between 4:00 PM–6:00 PM, and orders placed later arrive the next day between 11:00 AM–1:00 PM.
Why is the price at checkout an estimate?
Products priced per pound (like whole chicken or beef cuts) show an estimated price based on average weight. Your hub weighs the actual item and confirms the final price before delivery — see our Pricing & Weight Policy for details.
How do I pay for my order?
We currently accept cash on delivery — you pay your driver the confirmed final total when your order arrives. Card payment is coming soon.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Log in and visit My Orders to see your order's current status, from confirmed through weighing, ready, out for delivery, and delivered.
What if something's wrong with my order?
Inspect your order when it arrives. If there's an issue with weight, item, or quality, let the driver know immediately and contact our support team to process a refund. See our Return Policy for full details.

Is there a Halal Express mobile app?
Not yet — our iOS and Android app is coming soon. In the meantime, our website works great on mobile browsers.
